This policy explains what information F&L Studio collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
F&L Studio is a two-person web design studio run by Frank and Leila. We are responsible for the information described here.

What we collect
- When you ask for a quote: your name, business name, email, country, current website, what you need, the services you tick, your budget if you give one, and the call time you choose.
- When you email or message us: whatever you choose to send.
- When you visit: which pages you view, how you arrived (for example a search or a link), your device type, browser, language and time zone, and how far you scroll. This uses no cookies, and we don't store IP addresses or anything you type into forms.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, book and hold the call you asked for, and prepare your quote.
- To build and look after your website if you become a client.
- To see which pages are useful and improve the site.
We never sell your information or use it for advertising. If you are in the EU or UK, we rely on taking steps you asked for before a contract (quotes and calls) and on our legitimate interest in running the site (visit statistics).
Who else handles it
Quote requests and visit statistics are stored in our Google account (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar and Google Meet). The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived server logs to keep it secure. These companies may process data outside your country, under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that don't become a project are deleted after two years. Client records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Visit statistics are kept for up to two years.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Delete your data
To have everything we hold about you deleted, email us from the address you used. We'll confirm within 30 days, keeping only what the law requires.

Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us details, email us and we'll delete them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date below.
